Our Quality Policy
In all our activities, we comply with the relevant laws, applicable legislation, directives and rules of the institutions and organizations we are affiliated with and the agreements signed. We implement, develop and continuously improve our quality, environment, occupational safety and health, food safety, customer satisfaction and energy management systems. For this purpose, with the belief that it can always be better, we continuously measure the continuity of our guest satisfaction and service-quality standards and improve them by intervening when necessary. We ensure the loyalty of our stakeholders by resolving their complaints. For the continuity of the system, technological, labor and financial resources are budgeted and periodically included in our business plans. For a continuously developing and sharing organizational structure, we attach importance to training and learn by aiming to make training continuous. We contribute to the development of all employees by encouraging multi-directional communication. We increase the trust and satisfaction of our guests by offering our guests products and services at the standards we set.
Our Guest Satisfaction Policy
With an impartial approach, we fulfill the conditions we have committed to our customers in order to keep guest satisfaction at the highest level without any discrimination. We handle guest suggestions, requests and complaints with transparency, accessibility, responsiveness, objectivity, confidentiality and accountability. We take into account the suggestions, requests and complaints of our guests, examine, examine and finalize these suggestions, requests and complaints within the required period in order to turn them into satisfaction and inform our guests about the result.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Our basic principle is to train our employees in the field of occupational health and safety and to ensure that they achieve a good occupational health and safety awareness. In order to achieve success, we pay utmost attention to the health, safety and security of our work team and all other organizations we work with. To ensure this, we take and implement all measures in accordance with the OHS legislation in force. We set and monitor our targets on occupational health and safety and strive to continuously improve the requirements of the management system. We identify unsafe situations and behaviors that may cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases, and possible accident risks in advance by conducting an effective risk assessment, and strive to eliminate them. We ensure that our employees and employee representatives take an active role and participate in all stages of the management system and that they are consulted on all necessary issues.
Our Food Safety Policy
We offer healthy and safe products to our guests and employees by producing with continuous improvements in a hygienic environment in accordance with the requirements of Food Safety Management Systems in line with legal legislation and regulations. We ensure the control of physical, chemical and biological hazards that may occur at all stages until the products are served to our guests. We ensure the traceability of the products we produce and share them transparently with all our stakeholders. We ensure that our employees complete their training with the necessary resources to comply with hygiene and sanitation rules. We set, monitor and review Food Safety Management System targets and continuously improve them. We mutually share food safety experiences with suppliers, organizations and guests in order to ensure continuous improvement of processes.
Our Environmental Policy
In order to protect the environment we live in and ensure its continuity, we identify our negative impacts on the environment during the execution of our activities and take potential hazards and wastes under control. We separate our wastes at the source and ensure their recycling/recovery or disposal as much as possible. We comply with the environmental laws, regulations, legislation and regulations in force for the controlled use of natural resources, minimizing energy consumption, air, water and soil pollution. By prioritizing the prevention of environmental pollution, we adopt and spread environmental awareness. We organize activities to ensure that environmental awareness is adopted not only by our employees but also by our guests, and we create added value in nature and the environment by cooperating with local governments. We strive to use environmentally friendly products in order to reduce environmental pollution. We measure the results of our work qualitatively and quantitatively and aim for continuous improvement. Our Energy Efficiency Policy
By monitoring energy consumption, we identify the points where we can save money, set targets in this regard and raise awareness of our employees through training programs on energy efficiency. We communicate our sensitivities to our stakeholders as well as our employees. We record the energy we use in a predictable and traceable manner and review it by continuously improving it. We measure and continuously improve energy performances. In line with our needs, we prefer efficient products and services that affect energy performance. We voluntarily contribute to the environment by aiming to minimize greenhouse gas emissions by generating energy from natural resources. We make legal requirements and other standards applicable to our energy efficiency, energy performance, energy use and consumption. We strive to integrate renewable energy systems in accordance with our physical conditions.
Our Child Rights Policy
We recognize all individuals under 18 as children and respect their rights. We accept it as our responsibility to protect and protect our children against all kinds of psychological, physical, etc. exploitation. We also convey to our stakeholders that they are responsible for the issue. We monitor the attitudes and behaviors of families towards their children, and when we witness suspicious actions related to children, we ensure that they are reported to local authorities and relevant organizations. In our hotels, we offer our child guests a special, safe, free and fun environment where they can communicate and express themselves freely. We appreciate and encourage the achievements of our child guests at every opportunity and support their communication with other children. We undertake that we can reach their parents or another trusted adult from their family at any time in the environments where we entrust children (playground, kids club, etc.). We provide training to our employees on child rights and protection. We provide material and moral support to all kinds of organizations and activities for child protection in our environment.
Our Local Community Policy
We produce projects to provide social and economic benefits to the people of the region. We protect our cultural heritage and aim to minimize damages. We benefit the regional economy by identifying local sources of employment and supply. However, we prioritize those that comply with national or international legislation. We work in cooperation with associations and institutions that support local communities and the people of the region. We contribute to efforts to support the local community by being open to all kinds of opinions and suggestions. We support the introduction of the food, activities, culture and traditions of the region to our guests, and for this purpose, we first train our employees in this regard.
Accessibility Policy
With the motto ‘Accessibility for all’, we determine our employees in line with our service conditions, and we evaluate our employees with special group conditions in such a way that they need accessible areas while meeting the nature of the work, health status and daily needs. For our guests who need special needs, special bedrooms have been designed, and a barrier-free service approach has been adopted in dining and drinking areas and activity areas. We prefer machines and equipment that are instrumental for this purpose and position them in elevators and swimming areas to serve physical, auditory and visual needs. We also care about accessibility, health and safety standards for our visitors and organize them accordingly.
Our Human Rights and Equality Policy

Our Purchasing Policy
When sourcing products and services, we prioritize local products and services within the framework of sustainability. We prioritize environmentally sustainable products, including food and beverage, construction materials and consumables. Where certified products and suppliers are not available, we consider the origin and methods of growth or production. When choosing our products, we favor reusable, returnable and recycled goods. We do not use threatened species. We take care to protect special plant and animal species found in our region and on our premises. We prefer to purchase and use environmentally friendly equipment that complies with national and international standards on energy efficiency.
